The room was lovely and clean. The shower was great! (I really liked the water pressure). Demi at reception was amazing. She.
The beds were not comfortable. The hot chocolate I ordered tasted like hot water and instant powder. It was not worth the price.

Okay Stay Near the Waterfront

good locationlarge bedspacious roomdated hotelchipped paintbusy lift
The location was indeed quite good. It was an easy walk to the river and Liver Building. I found my room spacious enough and it included a large bed.
The hotel felt dated upon arrival. I noticed chipped paint and scuffed doors. The lifts were also quite busy and often used by staff with cleaning carts, so waits were long.

The location was acceptable. The staff at the front desk were helpful.
The room was tiny. The TV did not work, and the room smelled of sewage. The heating was also not working. It was a huge disappointment.

The location was central. It allowed convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful. My room included a kettle and tea and coffee facilities.
The bathroom was a bit tired. The sink plug seemed cracked. Grout started coming away from the tiles around the bath. I noticed a draught coming in underneath the windowsill.
